We hit the ground running to inspect homes on your behalf. We'll take photos and videos and walk through virtual tours. To avoiding wasting your precious time, we'll only coordinate for you to inspect a house if you feel it's a good match for your needs.

Not to be missed! Our scheduled weekly Zoom call allows us to discuss, analyse and evaluate each property together, helping you make an informed decision. We'll repeat this process until we find you a winner.

With our smart negotiation skills and clever hustle approach, we'll push hard to get you the best outcome. We'll make the phone calls, place the offers and make the bids on your behalf so you can relax and watch from the sidelines (or not).

Once the property is purchased, we'll organise and attend the final inspection and take care of everything through to settlement and handover. We'll even drop off your new keys to you.
